The City of Granite Falls, MN (population 3,000) is seeking a collaborative and strategic thinking professional to serve as Director of its Economic Development Authority (EDA). The Director is responsible for leading the City’s economic, community and housing development activities. The Director reports to a 7-member EDA board and manages the EDA budget.  

A Bachelor’s degree in city planning, real estate development, finance, marketing or a related field is desired.  An understanding of economic development and business retention tools, including financing options, is preferred.
